Dr. Rachavalya Charoenpanich

Dr. Charoenpanich has over 45 years experience both as a clinician, administrator, and a clinical consultant in the healthcare industry. For the past 20 years she has assisted in starting Clinical Services Groups for several healthcare organizations both inside and outside of California. Currently she serves on a clinical services teams for a number multi-million dollar healthcare organization. 

Dr. Charonepanich possesses extensive skills in advanced clinical practice with regard to acute, post- acute, skilled nursing facility and home health care settings. She is well versed in both federal and state regulations. As a respected educator, she is a frequent lecturer, seminar leader and faculty member in local universities. 

Her knowledge, direct communication skill, and compassion for facilities and patients alike are highly sought after by organizations of all kinds.

Dr. Michael Decker

Dr. Decker is a board certified Physiatrist and brings his clinical experience and knowledge from the acute hospital setting to post-acute care. His medical group continues to expand and he has led a dynamic team that has grown to cover facilities and patients all throughout Southern California with the goal of improving healthcare at the level of skilled nursing and long-term care.

Above all, Dr. Decker is a patient advocate and also understands the intricacies of management and has worked with numerous facilities on clinical competency, patient acquisition, reputation in the marketplace, and financial strategy.
